Return & Refund Policy
At Chakraborty Food Products, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality products at all times. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Products can be returned only if they are damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
- Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must also be in the original packaging with proof of purchase (invoice).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products
- Items not in their original condition or damaged due to customer mishandling
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment or bank transfer.
- The refund process may take 5–7 working days.
Return Shipping:
The customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
